I just finished playing Quantum of Solace (just this second...as we speak) and I decided that I don't want to write a review. There really isn't a reason to write one; all you need to know is that there are too many games that deserve your attention before you think about playing Quantum of Solace. Imagine Call of Duty 4 in the James Bond universe...then take out all the amazing ideas that pop into your head and replace them with bad graphics and Daniel Craig. That is all this new game is, it has some great moments in the story but it's such a basic shooter that it doesn't warrant a closer look.In much more important news, Sonic Unleashed is coming out soon. Most think this game will be yet another crappy Sonic title, but I hope they're wrong. Seeing this game succeed would make me happy; I mean come on, you play as a freaking werehog! Hopefully the Sonic franchise can pick itself up this time, but the hope for this title as low as a regular Sonic game's review score.
Just to voice my opinion, again, Left 4 Dead is game of the year. It is the most fun I have had in a video game ever! The multiplayer is so focused and forced, in a good way, that you have to stick together and work as a team. I plan on reviewing it soon, after Fallout 3 and Far Cry 2, so look for that in the coming months.

Well, Left 4 Dead certainly seems like a great idea with a great company behind it...but, I'm not sold on it yet.
It may be that I haven't played it.
It may also be that I don't own a 360 or a PC.
And, just to throw this out there, I'm not that big of a 3D Sonic hater. Actually, Sonic Adventure ranks high on my list of games that I've liked a lot. However, they've been going downhill in fun ever since. Unleashed looks great in videos EXCEPT for the werehog aspect. Fuck gimmicks.
I'd really like any new Sonic games to be good. I don't want him to be forgotten.
